I received an ordinance from the township about my rental property not being to code. The city said I couldn't rent it out again until I completed a list of things they wanted repaired. I e-mailed All State Maintenance and Repair, they were out the same week and my tenants did not have any delay on their move in date.

We wanted a new deck but also to expand and add a covered porch area. Jeff helped us get a final design laid out, got our plans sealed for the township and dealt with all the permits for us. His craftsmanship is impeccable and we are loving our new deck.

So happy to have saved the All State Maintenance and Repair emergency line. Our kitchen sink would not stop leaking. My husband tried to shut the water off under the sink and it broke off. I called, and they were here within the hour, fixed the faucet and what my husband broke. We will definitely be keeping their number handy! Minimal damage to our home and we were able to use the sink again the same day.
